Kidney Punch:
A side attack that consists of the attacker punching the victim around the side of the waist hitting the kidneys, the least protected internal organ. This attack suffers a +20 penalty for a single punch or +50 for the double kidney punch.

The single kidney punch is delivered to one side of the victim;s body. Success means the victim takes 1D6 Level Wounds and must make a Save Vs Hitting roll or fall to the floor prone and a Save Vs Paralysis roll or be stunned (as if winded) for 1D6 rounds. Yes, this can kill. Critical success means the kidney has ruptured and internal bleeding begins. The victim automatically falls prone and is stunned (as if winded) for 1D6 rounds and continues to take a Level 1 Wound per minute until medical treatment is possible and the victim must make a STA roll to attempt any strenuous physical action. Failure means the hit misses doing no damage. Critical failure means the hit missed, the attacker damages their hand for 1D4-2 DMG (Min = 0) and loses Initiative next round.

The double kidney punch is harder to set up, hence the larger penalty. The attacker is either facing close to the victim or attacks from behind, punching both sides of the body at the same time. Success means the victim takes 1D4 Level Wounds to each side and must make a Save Vs Hitting roll or fall to the floor prone and a Save Vs Paralysis roll or be stunned (as if winded) for 1D10 rounds. Yes, this can kill. Critical success means one or both kidneys have ruptured and internal bleeding begins (1-6 one kidney, 7-10 both kidneys). The victim automatically falls prone and is stunned (as if winded) for 1D10 rounds and continues to take a Level 1 Wound (single kidney) or a Level 3 Wound (both kidneys) per minute until medical treatment is possible and the victim must make a half STA roll to attempt any strenuous physical action. Failure means the hit misses doing no damage. Critical failure means the hit missed, the attacker damages their hands for 1D4-3 DMG (Min = 0) and loses Initiative next round.
