The training in and understanding of construction, maintenance, and design of physical structures, both man made and natural. It is the ability to know how to construct  or maintain/alter various structures that aid the well being or everyday life of a society.

Once the basic skill Rating has reached 60, then a Speciality may be taken at the same Rating for free. Further Specialities may be gained by dividing the basic skill as wished to place in a new Speciality, however, the basic skill may not be lowered below Rating 60 in this way. Specialities reduce time to design, construct and maintain, as well as a bonus to notice any necessary maintenance or problems in construction.
