23. COMPUTER USE
How to boot-up, communicate with and utilise a set-up computer. Rating ÷ 4
allows the character to diagnose programming problems or viruses, but Computer
Programming skill is needed to correct faulty or 'de-bug' programmes or
viruses.

For each 40% of Rating a computer language may be chosen at 25% of current
Computer Operation Rating, (division not required). Good skill ratings show competence
and speed as well as the ability to load 'set-up' programmes or down-load
information. Writing new programmes or changing current programmes is not
possible without Computer Programming.
