The ability to come to an understanding and be fair in discussions. Normally assigned to confrontational meetings between two or more aggressive parties. A diplomat can be assigned as a sort of referee between other parties to hold some status quo in the debate. On a lower level Diplomacy can be used for flexibility in meetings. This skill does not oppose another Diplomacy Rating, but ensures the user of this skill can reduce the chance of negotiations breaking down or turning into an argument or off the subject.
