Not to be confused with Quicken, this Manc bestows the user or target with swiftness in both their speed and agility. The Dexterity of the user or target is increased by the Level of the creator as indicated on the table.
While Swift's Duration is active this Manc gives a graceful movement to the user or target and so an
advantage in combat by giving a bonus to the ABV equal to the Level of the
creator x2 and a bonus of +1 to DBV per 3 Levels of the creator.
It also increases the accuracy of hand to eye coordination by giving a
bonus of +10 to those applicable skills. There are no penalties to any
skills and does not increase the rate of fire of any skills.
Speach or any senses are not affected by Swift. Free Movement,
Slow and Banish Manc all counter this Manc. Once in Duration it can not
be dispelled at will, however an Intelligence and Dexterity roll will
allow normal movement without revealing the Swift Manc.
