HUMANHUMAN
Humans are the most prevalent species throughout the galaxy. Dominating the core worlds, they can be found in every corner of the galaxy. they are the ancestors of early space-faring pioneers, conquerors, traders, travellers and refugees. Humans out-stretch their environments, needing to constantly move to places new. Physically, culturally and politically diverse they have become a dominant species throughout.
Physically humans are large or slight, skin colour of almost black to very pale, hair is black to blond to silver and baldness occurs frequently among males. Males are taller and broader in general than the females. Humans reach maturity around the age of 15 but rarely live beyond 100.
Generally when a human colony has lived upon a planet for thousands of generations they quickly adapt and become new varieties of human, these off-shoots are considered near-humans, often with environmental and cultural differences beyond or above that of typical humans.
