WEAPON FLARE

Everybody who is trained in fighting with a weapon will have a chance of developing a weapon flare, a knack or lucky-touch with that particular weapon or weapon type.

To determine if the character has a Weapon Flare roll on the Flare Possibility Table and then if successful roll on the Weapon Flare Table itself.
